Hossam Soltan is an accomplished finance and performance management professional with nearly 20 years of extensive experience across financial management, controllership, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), financial systems, operational performance, and corporate governance.

Currently serving as a Performance Analyst at Dubai Airports, Hossam plays an important role in enhancing financial performance, strengthening financial governance, and supporting strategic decision-making through advanced financial reporting, performance dashboards, data analytics, and process automation.

Throughout his career, Hossam has held senior finance positions, including Chief Accountant, across leading organizations in the aviation, energy, power and water, and construction sectors. His professional experience encompasses financial planning and budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, cost optimization, internal controls, statutory compliance, financial audits, and ERP implementation.

He has successfully contributed to several strategic transformation initiatives, including the implementation of enterprise resource planning systems, automation of financial processes, development of management reporting frameworks, and enhancement of financial controls. His achievements include delivering measurable cost savings, improving operational efficiency, strengthening internal governance, and providing management with actionable financial insights.

Hossam holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Zagazig University, Egypt, and is a Certified International Financial Planning and Analysis (CIFPA) professional from the European International University, Paris.
